Our shop is located in Beaver bay, which is about 50 miles from Duluth on Highway 61. We are the last business in town. You will not be able to miss us with our big sign.
Hello and welcome to our web site. Our shop has been in business strictly as a rock shop since 1946. We are a family owned business that specializes in Lake Superior Agate, Thomsonite, Isle Royale Greenstone, Lapidary Equipment, and many other rock related items. We sell a variety of custom made jewelry, beads, carvings, fossils, and many other great gifts for any collector. If you aren't into the whole rock scene you might be interested in the museum we offer for free to anyone who visits the shop. There is new items being put in the museum weekly.
We do custom jewelry as well. If you've got a special rock that you would like set in jewelry we can do it. We do wedding sets, pendants, rings, earrings, bracelets, and cuff links.

What a nice sunny day to be out and about. Hope you are all outside and enjoying this sunshine! Just wanted to let everyone know that we currently have an auction live @ auctionmasters.com. The Auction will be ending May 31st 2012. Which is the last Thursday of the month. There is lots of very cool items on the auction and more from the Blonigen/Dr. Baldwin Collections.
